Calling all bakers! The SummerNight Committee wants you to enter pies for the inaugural Pie Bake-off, part of the 7th Annual SummerNight Downtown Art Walk. Each contestant may enter up to three pies for an entry fee of $5 per pie. Art vendors may submit pie entries for free! All pies become property of the Auburn Arts Association and will be judged based on overall appearance, creativity, crust, taste, use of local ingredients, and filling consistency and flavor originality. Pie slices will be sold for $3/each and all proceeds benefit the Auburn Arts Association and their educational programs. Winners will be announced at 7 p.m. on the main stage of the SummerNight Downtown Art Walk.

Auburn, Ala. - Looking to get your hands dirty this summer? Join the Dean Road Ceramics studio for the 4th Annual Day in Clay on Saturday, June 22 from 1 - 4 p.m. This FREE open house includes a tour of the studio, refreshments, and a chance to create a one-of-a-kind ceramics work. Choose from a children's or adult ceramics project to create for just $10/project. Projects will be lead by a Dean Road Ceramics Studio instructor and will be taught every hour, on the hour, from 1 - 3 p.m. Reservations are required. Auburn, Ala. - The City of Auburn/Auburn University Yarbrough Tennis Center is set to welcome the USTA Alabama Adult Team Championship Thursday, May 30 - Sunday, June 2. More than 400 players from across Alabama will compete in four days of play on the clay courts at the Yarbrough Tennis Center, Moores Mill Club, Auburn Marriott and Opelika Hotel and Conference Center at Grand National, and the Calhoun Tennis Center in Opelika.
