Outdoor Summer Movie Series Cancelled for July 13 | Events

Auburn, Ala. - Due to predicted inclement weather, the Outdoor Summer Movie Series scheduled for Friday, July 13 has been cancelled. Make plans to join Auburn Parks and Recreation for the first Float-N-Movie of the summer on Friday, July 20 at 8:30 p.m. at Samford Pool. Join us for a showing of "Shark Tale." The Outdoor Summer Movie Series will continue on Friday, July 27 at 8:30 p.m. with a showing of "Back to the Future" at Duck Samford Park - Field 1.

If you're looking to head indoors, join the Auburn Arts Association for the Summer Invitational 2012 exhibition and reception on Friday, July 13 from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. at the Jan Dempsey Community Arts Center. The exhibition features photographs by David Hiley and ceramic works by Robin Duke Rodgers. The public is invited to attend the reception, view the exhibition, and meet artist Robin Duke Rodgers.
