ABSA Issues RFP for Privatizing Concessions Operations | Events

Auburn, Ala. - The Auburn Baseball/Softball Association has issued a request for proposals (RFP) for the purpose of privatizing the operation of concession stands at Duck Samford Park and Felton Little Park. A copy of the RFP is available online at www.auburnalabama.org/parks. Proposals must be received via US Mail or in person by Monday, February 4, 2013 at 2 p.m. at the Dean Road Recreation Center.  No faxed or emailed proposals will be accepted.  Proposals will be opened and read publicly at 2 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 4 at 2 p.m. in the Conference Room of the Dean Road Recreation Center.

Those interested in submitting a proposal should download a copy of the RFP to review it in its entirety prior to submitting. A City of Auburn business license will be required, along with other licensing and Health Department requirements as outlined in the RFP. Prospective applicants may schedule a time to view the concession facilities prior to submitting a proposal.
